I. Introduction

The portable thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzer TY-6200P adopts the most advanced TCD thermal conductivity technology, which is mainly used to measure the H2 volume concentration in various gases.

II. Features
1. Black anodized, stylish appearance, strong sense of technology, light weight, small size, and external dimensions are only 136mm * 136mm * 270mm.
2. The imported ECD electrochemical gas sensor is used.
3. The instrument measures the H2 volume concentration in the sample gas. Add the over-range limit enable function to ensure the measurement accuracy within the range, the over-range can be measured and provide a reference for the measured value.
4. The caloric value is automatically calculated, and the caloric unit Kcal / m3 and MJ / m3 can be switched freely.
The internal gas interference of the instrument is automatically corrected to ensure no interference in the measurement results.
Correct the interference of CO, CO2, and CH4 on the measurement result of H2, and accurately measure the concentration of H2.
5. The change in gas sampling flow has no effect on the measurement results of the H2 thermal conductivity sensor.
6. The instrument has the function of intelligent calibration of the user's calibration ventilation concentration to prevent misuse by the user and cause the instrument to be unusable.
7. The instrument testing time is fast, and the entire testing process can be completed in one minute.
8. The instrument automatically samples and analyzes and detects. Compared with Austrian and chromatographic gas analysis, the operation is simple, the measurement speed is fast, and no consumables are used.
9. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to carry, and can be operated after the personnel are trained on site.
10. The equipment is suitable for direct sampling test of industrial pipelines, and for sampling and analysis of airbags in laboratory.
11. Built-in lithium battery, soft-start power switch, intelligent battery power management, low battery alarm, to avoid the instrument working under low battery conditions.
12. English software operating systems are available.
13. The instrument software is powerful, with functions such as automatic data storage, query, deletion, and USB export. The history data storage site name can be customized, and the measurement data storage interval can be customized.
