I. Introduction
The online infrared natural gas calorimeter analyser TY-6340 uses the most advanced NDIR non-dispersive infrared technology in the world. It is mainly used to measure the volume concentration and calorific value of gas such as CH4 and CnHm in natural gas. The online infrared natural gas calorimeter developed by Wuhan Tianyu Intelligent Control adopts a standardized 3U case, with high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient maintenance, powerful software functions, strong expandability, and good field practicality.

II. Features
1. Standardized 3U chassis design, aluminum alloy brushed panel chassis, stylish appearance, strong sense of technology, and light weight.
2. Imported NDIR non-dispersive infrared sensor.
3. The instrument measures the volume concentration of CH4 and CnHm gas in the sample gas and outputs the calorific value. Add the over-range limit enable function to ensure the measurement accuracy within the range, the over-range can be measured and provide a reference for the measured value.
4. The caloric value is automatically calculated, and the caloric value units Kcal/m3 and MJ/m3 can be switched freely.
5. The internal gas interference of the instrument is automatically corrected to ensure no interference in the measurement results. Measure CnHm concentration to ensure the accuracy of gas calorific value. Correct the interference of CnHm gas on the measurement result of CH4, and accurately measure the concentration of CH4.
6. The instrument is equipped with a user-calibrated intelligent determination of ventilation concentration to prevent misuse by the user and make the instrument unusable.
7. The instrument response time is fast, can achieve 7 * 24 * 365 continuous monitoring.
